Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery will take between 3 – 5 working days. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. During busier times delivery may take longer due to demand. All orders are dispatched by a courier service and are fully trackable and insured.

All delivery costs are calculated at checkout depending on number of products and product size. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order it will be shown as out of stock.

All products that are purchased directly from the retail store or through an approved distributor are subject to the 60 day money-back guarantee.

The Company reserves the right to reject repetitive returns. Also, any customer has the right to cancel any order within 14 days of it being placed.

If you are not satisfied with any item, simply return the receipt, together with the unused part of the product or empty containers and your receipt and we will refund the price paid if it is within the money back period.

To organise a return, please get in touch with the distributor who you purchased the product from. Alternatively, contact details of your local home office will be available on you email receipt.
